We had a seamless check-in and the staff were very attentive and friendly. When we encountered a small issue with the room, they immediately resolved it to our satisfaction. We had a fantastic stay at this hotel right in the centre of Chinatown. The location is perfect, with everything we needed just around the corner, including a metro station for easy access to the city center and the airport. The rooms are new and beautifully decorated, and the cleanliness is super clean. The hotel facilities, especially the rooftop pool, were enjoyable, although it could get crowded at times. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the bed was comfortable. a great experience.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location was fantastic, near lots of food and a mall, and we were right in the city center, which made getting around very easy. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious and very clean. We loved the amenities in the room, like the ironing facilities and tea and coffee supplies. The swimming pool was also a great feature and we enjoyed spending some time there, taking in the views from up high. We also appreciated the range of services available here, like the laundry and room service, which made our stay even more comfortable.
We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay here.

The hotel's location in the heart of Chinatown was perfect, with the city center and old worn-off areas within walking distance. the room was clean, offering a nice view, and the concierge provided excellent service.
The shower foam was not topped up during my three-night stay, causing inconvenience and forcing me to purchase my own.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, possibly the best I've ever slept in. The location was ideal, close to Chinatown, the subway, and within walking distance of the bay. The room had a convenient kitchenette and the provided toiletries were of high quality. The hotel had a modern and stylish vibe.
